The closest airport is Albany–Rensselaer (about a 40-minute drive to Greenville). Greenville is roughly a 2.5-hour drive from New York City, and Hudson (where the welcome party is) is about a 2-hour train ride from NYC. The venue will have limited parking.

We recommend staying in Greenville or nearby Hudson — we’ll be providing transportation between key locations and booking early is strongly encouraged. Options include cozy B&Bs, several hotels (see the Travel page for our suggestions), and a range of Airbnbs ideal for couples or groups. If you’ve booked a place, please let us know where you’re staying so we can coordinate logistics.

We’ll provide a limited shuttle service between Hudson and the Woodhouse Lodge for one hour before the ceremony; evening service will run continuously from 10:30 PM–12:30 AM. Ride-sharing options are limited in the area, so we recommend booking Ubers or taxis in advance!
